Black Stack Towing

We broke down 8 miles out of Belgrade on the 90 at 5pm. After insurance couldn't help us with a tow (we have a 38ft Skoolie), owner of Black Stack, Justin, picked up his phone around 9pm. Cody was on the scene within an hour, even after being off the clock for the day. They graciously let us stay in the bus at the shop while we waited for the turbo to get shipped from Denver. Betsy drove to the next town over to grab the part from the delivery guy in order to get the part sooner. Tim worked non stop to make sure we were on the road asap. They did quality work and at a reasonable price. What a great family owned business with honest, hard working mechanics. I highly recommend! Rohn Family Adventure is back on the road!

Do not use this towing service! Yesterday I was in a car accident and needed my car towed to my house. I asked the tow truck driver to please take it to my house I don’t want to be changed for impound fees at their impound lot. The driver flat Out refused and took my car to the impound lot. I called management at Black Stakes to ask if they could get my car towed by to my house. They agreed and drop my car off $400 change later. The tow truck driver dropped off my car on my lawn I asked him to be mindful of the glass and brush. He messed up the grass and l my car in the blush. They are horrible scammer.

Kind of awkward, you guy were quick to get to me, accurate and professional in proper diagnosis of the compressor failure in my truck. Even got my trailer to my delivery point. Then Penske POS's decide to tow the truck to Spokane, Wa for the repair. I don't have words for it. You guys are great. Keep up the great job, don't let the twits get to ya...

We were stuck in the snow on the side of the interstate we had a tow truck coming but it was a 2 hour wait they were very busy. Someone from black stack towing saw us when he was pulling someone else out so he offered to pull us out we said sure thank you then they charged us $300 just to pull us out. In the end we should have waited for the free tow it was almost like they were poaching tows from other companies and charging a lot more just to pull you out not even take you anywhere. very disappointed
