Appreciate it Art! I was referred by a close friend a while back and have been using Black on Black every since. Most recently, my personal vehicle wasn’t shifting and had seemed to have locked up, but Matt stopped by and checked it out and tightened one screw and in 5 mins, I was good to go. Not even a tow needed. Matt was super helpful and polite, going out of his way to make sure there wasn’t something simple that was off, going above and beyond. Great customer service. Thanks for saving me quite a few bucks! lol

This place is a joke! My husband’s car got towed and we waited from 11:00 until 2:00am for someone to show up at the office. Very unprofessional! These guys say they are open 24 hours but they try to stall just so they can charge you more money. We were outside waiting while they were inside sleeping.There should be a law against this.

I needed a tow fast and an experienced tow driver. Arthur came out, looked at the tight squeeze my truck was parked in and said, “ don’t you worry, that’s a piece of cake for me”. Within 10 minutes, my truck was hooked and strapped down and ready to head home. Great professional driver!

Dependable , reliable , professional and most of all on time ! Arthur has saved me more than I can count ! His prices are very reasonable and I absolutely highly recommend him ! He’s towed my car more than several times parked her in the garage ( tight thought squeeze ) came to unlock my work truck when my dog locked herself in ! He’s the man !
