I wish I could give zero star. I was even planning on trading my car and get a new one here. I would never come back bad service they said they replaced my rear breaks paid almost $1000 and then I come back after a week to changed the tires that I already paid for before they were saying that I need new rear breaks? They do anything to make you pay here.

I absolutely do not advise anyone to go there! I asked the consultant for a full diagnostic, whether it would include suspension and a hybrid battery, to which he said yes! In the end, they only checked the tire pressure and pads for $210! To my question, why is my Prius running low in the last month became 34mpg instead of 45mpg, the answer was brilliant “that’s how it should be”!in the suspension, I myself know the problems that need to be changed, and their master said that everything is fine there, that most likely this ****** didn’t even look there! workers ********

We bought a 4Runner there and wanted bigger tires. They said we could have the 8:00am appointment time so my wife drove from Goleta to be there at 8. It takes 30 minutes to put tires on a car, and does not require a certified technician to do the work. It’s now 12:15 and she is still waiting. Don’t expect your appointment time to be honored here.

This is for service that was provided in June* but I had just gotten my slightly used Truck and as a first time owner had taken it in for my first servicing and recall checkup. Jack was phenomenal with helping me out from when dropped off my vehicle till I picked it up and drove it home. He is very personable and truly cares, kept communication with me throughout the entire maintenance process and went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. He is honest, hardworking, and takes great care of customers; a true example of what a representative should be like with the exceptional service provided. Thanks Toyota of Oxnard!
