I’d give these guys 10 stars if I could. I had just replaced all my brakes, brake lines and master reservoir and still could not drive my jeep given the spongy brakes. I searched several forums, watched numerous videos, and still couldn’t figure out how to solve my brake issues. I called Black Magic Brakes to buy a part to try another attempt on solving this mystery. After speaking with the guru on the problems I was having, he walked me through the process of how to correct the problem. He even called me the next week to make sure there were no issues. All this to say, this company could’ve easily allowed me to spend money unnecessarily but instead decided to talk with the customer and get to the core of the problem. Its knowledge, experience, and the willingness to listen, that allowed this transaction to take place. This is how trust in a company is delivered. I know that if I need Jeep parts, I will be calling Black Magic Brakes for those. Thanks again!
