I have written probably 5 reviews in my life and BJ’s tire service in Canton is worthy of my 6th. I bought tires and scheduled an appointment for 9am. My appointment was set for 9am. I arrive at 850am and approach the door and see their hours are 945am. So I wait in my car until 945 and as 945 arrives there is no one to be found. I go into the warehouse and ask if anyone is working in the tire center. The manager approaches me and says we have no one working, we can’t find help. Then why would you schedule an appointment when I have to miss 1/2 day of work. He Shrugs. So I ask for my money back and he gives me customer service number and tells me he can’t help me. I canceled my order and I am sitting in Discount Tire because they honor appointments.
