Changed the rear compressor and the suspension airbag on my 2015 x5 in no time ! I didn’t drive it for a few days and a couple of days later i saw the car dropped low like a low rider. Dropped it off around 11am and was done in a few hours. Customer service was def top notch ! Demos and his guys know their stuff I def would recommend anyone who wants the job done right to come here! Thanks 👍🏽

I can only speak for myself, but I'm sure other MINI Cooper owners would echo my statement.... We LOVE, no... we are OBSESSED with our cars and the idea that anything is wrong with them, is gut-wrenching. Adding to that anxiety, not having a trusted place to take them when something is wrong, makes it worse. I'm a member of L.I.M.E. Long Island Mini Enthusiasts and when i needed some advice on where to take my Gemma.... they recommended Bimmer Motors. MINI owners take care of each other, so i made an appointment. What a solid recommendation. These guys are top notch professionals, didn't yank me around or make me feel badly for my barrage of questions. I mentioned who I was referred by and was taken care of like family. I can see why people who aren't local, make the drive all the way here. I was treated fairly and with kindness and told that it didn't matter the time, day or night...if something was wrong... text/call them. They make me feel safe and that is priceless. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Just got my 09 BMW 3 series back from its second service at this shop, and I couldn't recommend it more! The first time, they saved me from stealership prices when my alternator died and they allowed me to tow it there the same day. I spoke with Demos and was welcomed by all the guys there upon arriving. They really do top notch work and the turnaround time is fast! Prices are reasonable and they do their best to work with what you want to get taken care of with your car. During my second service, I had some major work done. I spoke with Demos and Enrique and both were super helpful. Demos let me bring the car in as soon as I was available to and they had my laundry list of things taken care of within a couple of days! And on top of that threw in a car wash so it was immaculate when I got it back. Another great thing they do is text or email you in case you can't take a phone call since you're at work, which I really appreciated. I recommend this shop to anyone with a BMW as they are extremely knowledgeable, practical and friendly. Thanks so much to Demos and the whole team there and looking forward to bringing my car back for all upkeep!

I've been going to Demos and the Bimmers Motors team for about four or five years. I have two Mercedes ML 350’s. Bimmer Motors has replaced my brake line, repaired my electrical system from water damage, Oil changes, and inspections, among other repairs. All of my Mercedes's repairs are done with expertise. In addition to the top-quality work, they are honest, have reasonable prices, and are proficient and efficient. They always follow up the next day with a text or phone call. There is no comparison to my previous mechanics. I'm delighted with Demos and the Bimmer Motor team.

10/10 recommend Bimmer! I recently went in with my mini cooper being in rough shape and needed it to pass inspection. I get nervous going into shops as a girl, but there was absolutely no judgement from the guys working and they laid out exactly what was necessary work vs what I probably should get done in the near future. Super trustworthy and super fast service. They had my car done in a day and gave it back to me washed and cleaned (even the inside which was previously covered in dog hair was spotless). Will definitely be going back for any future car needs I have

Always Top Notch! Just had another fantastic experience at Bimmer Motors. Demos and Enrique swapped my winter to summer wheels, did a full vehicle check, oil change, emissions, and inspection - all fast and flawless. These guys are the real deal. Highly recommend!

Helpful, Empathetic, Honest Demos and the team have been very helpful and understanding, making sure the car is safe to drive. I certainly wish I could afford all of the work my BMW needs but can’t. They work with me and I can’t say that has happened anywhere else I’ve ever taken a car. I wish I wasn’t on a first name basis with them but I sincerely appreciate how they have been flexible to work within my financial challenges. Thank you for treating me so well.
