Express lane was not express. Nearly 3 hours to change oil and filter, and fuel filters. Called twice to ask if i wanted a new air filter. And almost $600 for just what i had done. They actually charge a fee for “shop supplies” like they don‘t make enough on the labor charges.

Nightmare experience. While on a road trip, my check engine light came on and sent my truck into limp mode. I hadn't been able to reset my oil life light, and did some research and found that could be the cause. So I went to the service center, and they told me that they wouldn't even look at my truck till November, so 2 months away... and then told me there was zero option to reset the oil life light, even with there computer. They were not even willing to plug into our truck and attempt to help us out when we were far from home. Honestly made me sick that Billion provides this level of customer service. I then drove over to Diesel Pros, and recieved the complete opposite treatment. Immediately went out to my truck, reset the oil life, reset the check engine light and allowed us to continue on our road trip. Diesel Pros saved our trip. This dealer either has 1 of 2 problems, 1. Their service center has horrible employees, or 2. Their service center employees don't know anything about vehicles. This is honestly enough reason to not buy Ram again if this is how their customers are treated.
