The absolute worst company to ever work with!!!? Just as a precaution PLEASE save your money and look elsewhere. Not only are they extremely unprofessional it seems like they are not able to comprehend how to conduct a business. Everything seemed above board initially but quickly unraveled. We called them out for repairs on an RV and got a call back that the situation was too complicated for them to resolve... What kind of company says after being willing to take our money?

Steve, at Bill’s , was extremely helpful. We had a water heater and air conditioning issue on our new unit. Steve found the problem and fixed it super fast. They also let us out the door with no money exchanged and fully honored our warranty! I highly recommend Bills RV in Elkhart, Indiana for all your RV appliance repairs. Very honest people and a great waiting area!

One of the poorest experiences I've ever had at an RV repair shop. Not worth the ground it's built on. It's really unfortunate because it came recommended by a friend.

Bill and Brenda went above and beyond to find me the needle in the haystack blower motor for my suburban sf-35vhq. I called all around the United States and directly to Suburban and everyone didn’t have it or was on back order for 10-12 weeks. I highly recommend this company.

I had an issue with my water heater on my RV. I was referred to Bill's and set up an appointment. I dropped off my RV and within a few hours Bill's had it repaired. Great service, friendly lady on the counter. Thanks for a job well done!
