I’ve been to plenty mechanic shops and have always been treated with good customer service skills except this time, I went in last week and could not believe how the lady up front (I believe her name is jasmine but she could have been lying) is still working with people! She was incredibly rude and unprofessional to not only me but other clients as well. I asked a simple question about my car that was being worked on and she gave me a look of disgust and was flat out rude to me as if asking a question was bothering her so much! I wasn’t interrupting her work or anything like that…she was literally rolling a joint or some marijuana cigarette on the side of the counter!! I didn’t know someone could be this unprofessional at work, she needs to do better!

Customer service was great. The work on my vehicle was completed in a timely manner. I will definitely return to Bills whenever I need my vehicle looked at.

This place for me has been great. Ideally you need to be here when they open to try to be first in line. Their work is good and they stand behind it. Masks and distancing is all there...hand sanitizer available...garage doors always open for free air flow. Compared to other places I have been...they are fast, informative and friendly. It looks from the front much smaller than what it is.....don't be fooled. I have been going here for over 10 years...no surprises...no return trips!!
