Definitely not coming back here again. We arrived for our appointment on time only to be stuck behind a long line of cars. There was zero communication or consistency with the staff as we waited for a long time in this line. It felt like all we got was side eye as they all sat at the counter or walked in and out giving zero guidance. They could of easily explained the process. There was no sense of urgency until we finally got in the garage and someone noticed I was taking photos. They told us to get out and leave the keys, that’s it. So we listened and got out of the car only stand next to it for a while with no direction whatsoever and no one helping us. We then went in and when we said our appointment time they had the audacity to assume we were late! It’s beyond me how they didn’t realize we were obviously stuck behind a ton of cars for what seemed like forever.

Easy to use website. Ordered my part online and picked it up same day. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Made good conversation and recommendations on install with me being an amateur YouTube mechanic.

Run, run away. I ordered parts 8 days ago. No updates. Called on Tuesday of this week to get one. The lady told me they needed to confirm part #s with me and so they hadn't done anything with the order. Side note I included the VIN on the order so they should have been able to confirm. At least not wait 3 business days and make me call you. So she said she would get them ordered then. Ok. Frustrating but whatever called back on Thursday for an update and they tell me it's in process. Ok fine. I get a call today, Friday at 4pm telling me they can't ship my parts because they need a hazmat certified tech to ship 2 seatbelts and they can't process the order. So you are telling me you couldn't list that on your website to not order these or make them unavailable. Then I called you twice and you couldn't tell me that either time. You wasted my time. My truck has been undrivable and now I'm another week out because of your terrible customer service. You offered the best price on your parts and then tell me you are 6 to 7 days out on processing orders. Absolutely unacceptable. You shouldn't advertise at the lowest prices in the country if you can't even process the orders for over a week. At a minimum list it in the order screen or have a banner at the top of the site that you are a week out. Don't ever do business here. Classless folks running this place.

Called in and got quoted $337 for two control arms, confirmed that it was the price for both. When arrived, they were $337 each, and would not price match their own online prices.

Called their parts department three weeks ago to order mud flaps for my car. He took the order told me $75 and would be there in a week. I asked will someone call me when they are in here said yes. I called today and they have no record of my call and said no one there talked to me. Nothing was on my account and I would have to reorder. This is the second bad experience with this dealership They didn’t even own the error
