Ford Service Center - Packey Webb Ford Service

I've been working with car dealers across the U.S. on customer service for 25 years now and I was very impressed with Packey Webb's service department customer process! Bob Marks was excellent in diagnosing and explaining both a big problem I didn't have repaired today, yet still took the time to assist with a small problem with my remote not working properly. I will defiantly be back for future service!

Came in to fix a sunroof issue. The sunroof wasn't opening all the way and closing. But the electric on the fabric curtain was working. Brought in Wednesday to diagnose. Waited a day for a guide kit, in order for the sunroof "to be fixed" per the service rep. We asked for the truck to be ready by 2pm, wasn't. Fine. Told it would be another 1.5 hour ... why is it after 30-40 minutes we get a call from Bob saying that unfortunately something broke... "BEFORE" when we brought it in. So how are you able to diagnose to tell me we need a kit, and it'll be 1.5 hours until its done but somehow in none of those conversations was it ever mentioned that something was already broke and would be an additional $5200. We asked that everything be put back.... WHERE IT WAS ORIGINALLY! Why is it that we found parts in our back seat ground and now when you press the button for the fabric to move.... It doesn't move!?

Drove a car in for an inspection on a turbo leak. Next morning my car does not drive and "needs a new transmission" at the tune of $7k. No reason, diagnostics or reports, simply "you need a new transmission". You can figure out the rest of what I think about this place.

We were not current customers to Packey Webb, but this morning our car was having a hard time starting. Our normal dealership said they can’t help us until after 6/21. It was suggested that we contact another Ford dealership since our car was still under warranty. We called Packey Webb and Kaitlynn got us in right away. Nick also helped us as soon as we got there. They helped us navigate our warranty and diagnosing the car. Within a few hours we had an answer to what was going on. Unfortunately we’re waiting on some parts, but everyone made sure the car was safe to drive. They only had us pay for the stuff not covered under warranty today. They’re working with us and will call us back when they have all the rest of the parts and then we will finish the warranty work. Even though they have completed some of the warranty work, they didn’t charge us for it today! I’m so grateful for their kindness, help, efficiency, transparency, and assurance today. I’ll definitely be back and will buy my next ford from here.
