Bighouse Towing LLC

Called AAA and they had Bighouse Towing come out and helped me get my keys that were locked inside my car. The lady who called me from the office was super sweet and then the technician that came out was SUPER awesome. Very quick! They got to me in about an hour which is the least amount of time I have had to wait for a towing company before. Highly recommend!

Stay away far away from these guys. Very bad and very shady.. if you use your aaa and u want to take your car to repair shop the drivers keep saying bad words on all auto shops in town and ends up taking you to their repair shop.. they forced my wife to take her to their shop. I called them and told them that I need my car towed to my mechanic and dispatcher side that she is going to get it towed at the earliest convenience. Two days later still didn’t hear from my mechanic I called them to check on my car and it was still never arrived. End of the story my mechanic hired another tow company and got the car towed back to his shop. Don’t get scammed by these guys. Stay away far away.

Ali from Bighouse towing came to my daughter's aid while attending Grad school in Ann Arbor. He was super friendly, had the forethought to bring a new battery, then ran diagnostics on her car. Great service! Thanks Ali.

Requested a tow and was quoted at a wait time of an hour and a half, 20 mins after the quote called and was told an additional 50 mins, that passes and still a no show. If you value your time pick someone else

I get my car towed from one place to supposedly a spot by my house, tow truck driver calls me & tells me his shop can check it out & give me an estimate & if I didn’t like it, he would continue the tow to where i wanted it to go, 4 days later they are having a hard time communicating where my phone is & the manager is never available
