I had an excellent experience at Big O Tires, thanks to Omar and his incredible team! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and genuine care. Omar went above and beyond to ensure I received the best service possible, explaining everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable with my choices. The entire staff was friendly, efficient, and truly dedicated to providing top-notch customer service. It's rare to find a business where the employees take such pride in their work, but Omar and his team absolutely do. First time coming here after living in SC for a few years. Was able to walk right in, get two tires installed, and be out again in anout 30 minutes. Great service and friendly.

I'm going to avoid this Big O store in the future. The manager, Chris H., was very rude over the phone even though I was a returning customer and have been for at least the past five years. I tried to schedule an appointment for a set of four new tires and since they are special order (just Michelin Sports), he wouldn't do it unless I paid in person today. I asked if I could pay over the phone or online since the store is out of the way, and he said no and was quite rude about it. So I called up Big O in Aliso Viejo, and they took my card over the phone to hold as the deposit. So I suggest taking your business there, much more customer friendly.

I went to Big O’s tires to get two tires replaced. The following night I was driving home with my wife when the tire suddenly deflated, AAA said when big o tires replaced the tire, they didn’t secure the valve stem properly causing the tire to deflate. Nearly killed us. These people are incompetent and the manger with tattoos has a major attitude problem.

A+ across the board!! Easy location to get to. All extremely friendly staff. Well organized store. Very clean establishment. Nice relaxing fish aquarium. Highly recommended location!!!
