Was locked out of my car Micheal came to help. Got to me within 20 minutes, unlocked my car within 1. Very professional and good at what he does. Good price and he also has a real id so he was able to get on base

Michael helped me out after I had a blow-out of both rear dually tires on my RV. This was on the I5 South, between Oceanside and San Clemente. On a Sunday. He found me two new tires and got me back on the road in no time. Highly recommend!

My car broke down in a not so great location but Michael the driver knew exactly where I was. It was rainy and he really cared for my safety and went above and beyond for me. This has been my 3rd tow this year, only 2 months I know, I wish I could have given a tip but with all the extra expenses I can’t do much these days. I am extremely grateful they were able to get me so late and in a weird location.

So this is going to be a mixed review. The driver Mario, was very helpful, he took great care of my car and has excellent customer service. However, Michael, whom I believe is one of the owners, was terrible. He tried running my credit card and it said it was declined, instead of him calling me and being professional, he was irate and demanding that I pay in cash. When I asked him to verify the card info he was even more irate and hung up the phone on me. I called him back trying to resolve the issue but he was so furious he couldn’t even see that I was cooperating. I actually called him back with my credit card on the phone and the payment went through. He apologized for being so abrasive but I’ll never use their company again. Michael will be the downfall of this company , you never treat customers this way!
