Very impressed with the service I received on our 2021 Hyundai Sonata. The service I received was great and their honesty is what truly counts to me as a customer. Being told what my car needed to get safely back on the road and telling me what could wait was the genuine service I needed and deserved. I will be returning knowing that I can count on honesty. Came to Big Brand Tire wanting to get air in tire but realized that I needed to replace the tire due to very large nail in tire. Anyway, the Big Brand team were very professional and polite. I was in and out. Oh did I mention they are very reasonable too. Big thumbs up to Big Brand Tire.

I recently visited this service center to have tires mounted on my vehicle's stock wheels. Regrettably, each wheel sustained cosmetic damage during the process. When I addressed this issue with the manager, his response was dismissive and accusatory, suggesting that we were trying to exploit the situation. He implied that pre-existing damage on one wheel was reason enough to disregard careful handling of the others. The manager's demeanor was notably rude and condescending. He consistently twisted our words, despite my having recorded the conversation for accuracy. I strongly recommend that the business adopt a more thorough inspection process, potentially including before-and-after photos, to prevent such incidents. Notably, when asked about a pre-service inspection report, the manager confirmed that none was conducted. This experience was highly disappointing and calls for significant improvements in customer service and operational procedures.

We had a tire emergency on our camper and we’re traveling through Bakersfield from North Carolina to Oregon. They got us in immediately, had the tires and we were done in about an hour. Thank you guys!

Everyone I have encountered at this Big Brand Tire has been so nice. I always have had a good experience when I have brought my cars in and I feel they are very trustworthy and affordable. It’s hard to find these days.

We are very happy with the service & the tires we got today. Hadn't realized the original tires we wanted were actually discontinued, so glad the newer recommended versions were available and were a very comprable tire! Excellent! We would recommend this location & I am scheduled to be back next week after we have some servicing done on the vehicle. Thank you for the great service & keep on singing and serenading the appreciative audience!

I made an appointment for a pre-trip inspection & oil change. I knew I needed rear brake service but had put it off as previous tire dealer prices were high. The quote here was low in comparison that I got the brake work done, finally! Awesome customer support! I will feel safe on my upcoming road trip. Thank you!

Been coming here for years. Very honest and hard working people. They price match and beat anybody in town! Very fast service and there’s a mechanic there that sings like an American Idol Contestant while you wait! 😂

I have not been having good luck with tires. About 3 weeks ago I had a nail in my tire so I was a walk in and they helped me and had my tire changed with in about 35 minutes. Today same thing in a different tire and the same service. Always very friendly and helpful!
