The guys at BG Automotive are fantastic! Needed a bit of exhaust work done, and while every other shop I had checked was "too busy," Greg at this location helped me get in contact with their sister location in Loveland in just a couple minutes, and I was able to get things sorted there. They go above and beyond, and are very professional, and knowledgeable in what they do. Will definitely be coming back for any future work I may need, to either location, as they are both worth a drive if you want the best service. Thanks guys, keep it up!

I brought my car in this morning for what I figured was a bad bushing somewhere causing alignment issues, so my hopes were to have that part replaced and my car realigned. After about an hour they sent me a full inspection report. they pointed out very obvious things such as my check engine light that’s on, and my oil change sticker on my windshield from over 20,000 miles ago ( left from previous owner). But besides the obvious things like that they gave me a list of things that need “immediate attention”. Normally this would be helpful to know, but the things they listed I knew did not need to be done after having the previous owner (my cousin) do so much work on it. They said transition fluid needed to be changed, brake fluid, and break rotors. When all three of those had been changed within the last year or 10,000 miles or so. But after I declined any of that work I received the quote for the part I actually wanted fixed, which wound up being the bushing on the passenger side lower control arm. For reference I changed the lower control arm on the driver side and know how much of a headache It was for just one guy with no knowledge and very little tools so I just wanted to have it done by the shop. So over the phone I was told that replacing the lower control arm (a part that I know is less than $100) and doing an alignment would be just over 1,400 dollars! I didn’t ask for a breakdown of that price because it was too ridiculous I didn’t even want to know. After that I called 4 other shops in town to compare prices and out of all 4 the highest quote I received was $700 and that was to replace BOTH control arms AND an alignment, all things considered the staff was friendly in person and over the phone but wanted an outrageous amount of money for the job

I took my car to a dealership because I have a warranty on the part I needed replaced. I had my vehicle at the dealership 2 times for the same issue. Each time I was told there was nothing wrong with it. I took it to BG Automotive. Through a quick diagnostic testing, it was determined the issue did exist and needed replaced. Had it not been for BG Automotive, the dealership would have never honored the warranty on the defective part. Although BG did not do the repair, had it not been for them, I would have paid out of pocket. The guys were professional and gracious. Would definitely recommend!!

I have a Subaru for few years now and anytime it's had a problem I've brought it to BG automotive. Everytime I have brought it in the staff there have been super polite. They do a great job on keeping you updated about the progress and condition of your car and as well they are always very prompt. They have stayed late to fix my car and put in the extra time to make sure it's done right. I appreciate all their help and services.
