Very very expensive service! They found the issue. It was an easy fix. $1.50 part caused a bad ground. They charged me $147.00 per hour at three hours. $500 to fix a bad ground wire. It was nice they found the issue but this should have been under $200.

Awful experience. The shop was told the problems we were having originally. Check engine light, traction control light on and park brake set. Car was having cylinder one misfire. This is everything told to the shop before the appointment was made. Car was dropped off at 8 am Monday. Shop called next day to say parts need to be cleaned overnight after waiting an entire day for a diagnostic report. Waited overnight. Next day after being told it was okay to drive and a price of $360 I go to get my car. Not 5 minutes later the same exact problems started. Back to the shop and was told this was a risk trying to do this and that he still doesn’t know the problem. Could be a valve or maybe something else. End of story, my car is not fix and money has been washed down the drain.

Had them go through my 2005 Pontiac GTO from stem to stern, a low mileage muscle car that I'm very particular about. They found some issues, corrected them and did an excellent job. The price was very fair considering the amount of work and everything was explained to me in detail. Everything you could ask for from a locally owned business, honest, courteous and knowledgeable. I'll be using them from now on for my auto needs.

I always feel far more comfortable taking my vehicles here then to any dealer …. For both honesty and price. I’m writing this review because in the last several weeks I’ve had 2 issues with 2 of my cars and Beverly Auto Care took care of me in a friendly and timely manner. After all the years of me taking my 4 vehicles here it was high time for me to give them the proper, 5 star review.
