Did a service check up and tire change today, associate Aaron Ruhelessi worked with me was so great! Very organized, while working with a line of people; more than patient with my questions, very efficient and very cheerful!

This location for service is a huge disappointment. They’re extremely unprofessional. I bought my car at this location and have done routine maintenance for 5+ years. Over the years, their service has been going downhill, but this year specifically has been the worst. Michelle, who handled my most recent services, recommended something for my vehicle which was costly, but the price wasn’t the issue. It was the fact that they didn’t finish the job properly. Sent me home w/o test driving causing my car to shut down less that 24/hrs of leaving. I return the next day to fix the issue and no accountability or apology for my inconvenience. Earlier this week I had a battery issue (which started after the initial job they had done only a few months ago) I was told the car would be there for a few days while they locate the issue. Day 2 no update. I call before they close and left a message with Michelle. 1 hour later I called and she’s gone for the day and no update. I cancelled my service and picked up my vehicle upset with no solution. Again no accountability & no apology. They never reached out ever after the situation even while I expressed how extremely unhappy I am with them and their service. They’re extremely unorganized and this was my last straw with them.

Michelle at Berwyn Kia is the best! She is welcoming, kind, and understanding. She kept me informed of each step of my car service and was honest about time expectations. I was stressed about turn around time for my car services and she made me feel at ease with her check-ins. Thank you Michelle.

The service person assigned us has been quite unresponsive. Had our car towed in on 8/17/2024 and have been without a car for over 2 week+ with no loaner car offered at any point in time for a transmission issue on a 2022 Kia sorento which should be covered by warranty. I reached out to corporate which mentioned they may cover rental reimbursement (which may help, however, everything has been initiated by us, never were they proactive in reaching out to us about offering loaner or rental reimbursement. Very disappointing, definitely makes me second guess getting a Kia). Updating this. It’s good they fixed the transmission, only took almost 4 weeks total. Down side is they did not address our driver side button console not being able to close/open windows and unlock/lock intermittently, even though the service person said it would be addressed.
