Let me begin by stating we love Bergey's Kia, and will continue to service our vehicle there. I had a 9:30 appt for an oil change & flush, of which I had scheduled in advance and to be done within an hour, possibly two. After dropping my car off I left the dealership until I was dropped back off at 11:30 where they were just pulling my car in for service. I was told a other 45 min or so. I'm a very patient person, however if you have an appt scheduled for a particular time, it shouldn't be taken in 2 hours later.

I had a great time at Bergey’s Kia. The staff was nice and attentive. I needed to get my horn replaced and they had one there, which was great because I thought I’d have to make a second appt for them to first diagnose and then replace it. And it was covered under my warranty. All in all a great experience and I would recommend anyone to go there to have their Kia serviced.

Well, the guy at the front desk who helped us out was very helpful. Unfortunately, the mechanic who look at the car said he was unable to duplicate the matter and there was nothing else he could do so still having a problem with the car, occasionally not starting and gearshift that Locks up. , and now I'm down a $150.

Andrey Hemmings in service is top notch. Very patient, kind, explains, and listens. Spoke highly of his fellow Kia sales men and women. Will definitely go back. Experience was a total 360 from when it was Wyoming Valley Kia. 👍🏻👍🏻

Service personnel were friendly. Was told that they couldn't duplicate the noise that I'm hearing from rt rear of my vehicle going over a rough road. The vehicle had less than 600 miles on it. It is still making the noise. I will need to schedule another appointment and have a service person ride with me to hear the noise.
