A bunch of Crooks. Stay far away. I wouldn't trust a penny of mine with them. Let alone my car. They are all full of lies. They run a car mechanic with 15 tow trucks to tow cars throughout the night and demand money! Let alone all the signs, which say $125, which is total theft. They then demand 200-300$. I wouldn't bring my car to them to have my windshield wipers changed. These are the guys you watch on YouTube where they say you need $800 worth of repairs when you come in for a $10 wiper blade replacement. Stay far away. Wouldn't go there even if they offered free service.. Sad way to make money, let alone they support their family from such money. Very unfortunate, I must say!

Be very wary of this company. They will 100% scam you. I dropped of my 80 year old grandmother and the airport- I walked her to the front door. The tow truck immediately comes (with me there next to my car with her) takes the car to tow it. I have never ever seen something like this in my life. Forced me to pay for my car to get it back and only accepted cash. There is no reason to do such a low thing to people who might be struggling- it is a scam. Charged me $500. 20 Other families there in the same situation.

I don’t know what all these 1star review’s about, I think this company excels at the service they provide: robbing people off at jfk. Was seeing off my parents today and dude started loading my car right in front me. He didn’t have any change so I actually paid him 60 instead of 50, thanking him for his amazing service now he’s got 10 bucks extra to feed his family (which I imagine haven’t got robbed by Ben&Nino) Folks when you want to leave your car to help your friends/family at the airport, just KEEP THE TRUNK OPEN!!!!

This company and system is a scam - while loading passengers at jfk - my mother helped me and my baby get our luggage and gave us a hug. At an airport. Where people are picking up their loved ones…. They lift and try to tow your car and demand cash only $50 to release it. No paperwork. Refused all other forms of payment. We got a police officer and port authority involved and magically they start lying that they said we could have paid via Zelle or credit card. It’s extortion and preying on people. It’s not leaving your car unattended to help load and unload a passenger at a designated pick up with no signs informing of policy Scam. criminal activity. Plain and simple. This is a disgrace.

Stay far away from Ben and Nino’s Shop, they are nothing but scammers. From the moment I walked in, they started pushing me to use my insurance, clearly trying to profit off my situation. I wanted to pay for the repairs out of pocket, but their manager, Sam (probably one of the owner’s son or …), kept pressuring me for days. When I refused, they gave me a ridiculously inflated estimate full of parts I didn’t need. Sam couldn’t even explain some of the parts on the list because he had no idea what he was talking about. It was obvious they were trying to scare me into using my insurance. When I decided to take my car elsewhere, they hit me with outrageous charges: $1,100 for towing (the real cost was $175) and unnecessary diagnostics. On top of that, they deliberately hid my headlight modules and only returned them after I called and yelled at them. Worst of all, they gave me the wrong headlight modules—blue ones instead of the original white. This place is run by liars and crooks who don’t care about you or your car—just about how much money they can squeeze out of you. Sam, in particular, was unprofessional, incompetent, and completely clueless. Don’t waste your time or money here; they’ll only make your bad situation worse.
