Would have given this place a minus star! Needed an alternator, they did not put back bolts on and My serpentine belt fell off a few days later! They also put a radiator in then told Me. Very sad they take advantage of people.

I have been a customer of Bellevue Automotive since 1999. My son had gotten a used car for travel to and from work, and it broke down. He took it to a recommended repair shop, got it fixed and drove it home. The next day, the problem returned. 5 times he took it back pleading with them to correct the situation. We asked around to find a better repair shop, and one of our car savvy friends suggested Bellevue Automotive. We took the car in there, and after the mechanic looked at it, he said he'd found several systems that the other mechanic had messed up in trying to fix the original problem. He fixed the original problem, then without charge, he corrected the damage the other garage had inflicted. The car had no more problems! I have always had the best service, and the mechanic knows our cars. I would Highly recommend this business to anyone that wants the preventative maintenance and for repairs. They are very reasonable, and very competent!

I rarely if ever give 5 stars to anyone, hence 4. I have been using BA for 20+ years. Bellevue Automotive has never steered me wrong. Advised what needed attention and how long before it needed it (if I chose to delay), and if something was off after a repair they fixed without question. I recommend this repair shop above all others in town as they value their customers and treat them right. Knowing them as I do, if you were hung up on, you likely had it coming, as that is not how they treat people.

This was the most honest auto service I have ever received. He is very straight forward and talk to you directly. We were told by Jenson Auto that the minimum damage on our vehicle was $2,000. We walked out of there paying no more than $130.
