JENSEN TIRE & AUTO

I was greeted as I walked in. Service manager got my ticket written up quick. I decided to leave and return instead of waiting. When I picked up my truck, Chris, the manager, let me know my rear brakes should be replaced and even included an estimate on my receipt. Also, at my request, Jensen checked my battery and alternator. Alternator good; battery not good. I used this information to get my battery replaced for free. Nice work. I'll be back for the brakes. Just gotta save some money.

Chris at the desk was awesome. He took the time to clearly explain what my options would be and what he shared made sense. I ended up paying more but through rebates I ended up with a much better tire. I will definitely be returning to this Jensen tire for future service on my vehicle! Chris deserves a raise!

4 stars because the service/customer service was good. I had gotten 3 tires replaced. Although when I picked up the car there was two missing valve stem caps which they had replaced. The third tires valve stem they had lost and put a new one on but it was too short for the stem. Being a tire shop I would’ve assumed that’s something they should’ve done correct in the first place but the issue was resolved once I brought it to their attention. Once again speedy service and good customer service.

Absolutely amazing service! I got a nail in my tire and was in a bit of a rush. Chris and his team took amazing care of me and got me back on the road in no time. I would recommend this location to anyone as they have always been great to me.

John at Jensen Tire was amazing! He patiently answered all of my questions about new tires and treated me with respect during each visit. The work on my car was done well and much faster than I expected. We will continue taking our cars to Jensen Tire!

They were very nice in person and on the phone. They let me drop my car off early and called me a couple times to keep me updated on my car. They call you to tell you what else they find wrong and tells you what it cost and stuff. I had an appointment at 11:00 a.m. and it was done before 11:00 a.m. I recommend them. I will definitely go back to them.

The team were great. It was toward closing time, and they gave me great information about the type of tires I was looking for. After a few minutes of discussing they went ahead and put the tires on and they look great! Very pleased dealing with the Galvin road in Bellevue location. My new go to spot.

I was very pleased with my appointment. We had a medical emergency, and Chris got me in a couple of hours that I called and made it to the hospital where my husband was being released that afternoon. We've used this location several times and will again! Thank you.
