Broken service business model. Always very difficult to get a simple rotate done in a timely manner. Even with a scheduled appointment the wait is 1.5 - 2.0 hours. Free rotation is also a fallacy as the cost is baked into tire purchase. This is a corporate problem, not a local location or technician problem. Absolutely breaking up with Bell at next tire purchase because they can't service reasonably after the sale.

Never again! Customer service is horrible at the Nowlin Dearborn store. Took my car in for new tires I waited 3 hrs .I Was told I need alignment I waited an additional 1 hour to do the alignment. When I am driving on the road the steering wheel off and car pulls to the left. I came back to the store after I was promised will get you in and out quickly,The 1st assistant manager name Roland cosme was very rude and unprofessional I waited 3 hrs to fix the issue. This 1st assistant manager has an attitude he should not be working for belle tire . I will not recommend anyone to this place, they want to sell you tires , but when you have a problem with tires or alignment they don’t care, this is very bad business. The tech did tell me the alignment is way off I said who ever did the alignment the first time was very bad in doing alignment.

Called Tim at your new location in Westmont, Il. about a safety check for my car free of charge. I get there and spoke with Tim and told me to look for a leakage in the rear end would cost me $75. With customer service that lies to get you I the shop to bait and switch. I live 100ft from the shop, but only 200ft from Discount Tire. Guess where my wife and I will be going for my Michelin Cross Climate 2 tires.

I had a tire go flat on me.That I purchased four months ago a bell tire and I bought the warranty. So I went to bell tire right afterwards and they told me it would be about a 5 hour.Wait after waiting 2 and a 1/2 hours and seeing some people coming in with the same problem that just occurred.Be gone in 15 minutes.I asked for my keys back.But instead of instantly giving my keys back they played a game and tossed the keys around to different people. I feel belle tire owes me for the tire that I will have taking care of at another facility. And I would like a refund on my road hazard and on my lifetime warranty for my alignment because they don't want to honor it because they already made their money they were taking care of paying customers over taking care of warranty customers.

This is a scam . I went to the Westland mi location to have two leaking tires under warranty replaced and they claimed there was no leak and that it was fine and 4 days later it was back to deflating in my driveway by the morning. I tried to ask Joe for clarity on the warranty and he was rude and dismissive and told me he wasn't gonna argue with me nor would he listen to my question . If they did not and can not stop the tire from leaking why is the tires not deemed replaceable under warranty? I'm noticing other ppl with this company having the same experience . Why would I buy a warranty if I can't get a new tire. It seems like the company is using and selling faulty tires on purpose and sucking more money out of ppl and not honoring the warranty . I asked for a manager and Joe claimed he was the manager at this time and proceeded to dismiss me . I need answers immediately
