I ordered $217 in product and was sent the wrong part. I emailed them 3 times, facebook messaged them and attempted to call the phone number listed and they have it disconnected. They will not respond to me at all. I had to dispute the credit card charge. Update. I have finally been contacted by the owner a week later. The owner has asked me to return the item at my expense and he will reimburse me the shipping when he gets it back. I have asked him to send me a shipping label and I will drop it at a ups or fed ex location at his expense, not mine. Overall very confrontational and I am not comfortable that anything was resolved. Based on his response I will let the credit card company assist me. Hey Owner...send me the shipping label and i will absolutely send this back to you but please dont expect me to trust you to reimburse me. You sent the wrong part and are not exactly easy to work with.
