BB’s Auto/Diesel Repair

I took my truck in for an insurance claim. I was told it should take about three weeks to complete and I would be back on the road. After 4 months of “It will be done next week” I finally received word the truck was finished while I was out of town working. I arranged for someone to go pick the truck up for me. When they got there the truck was torn apart still. The work that was completed was all done incorrectly. (I will include pictures) the truck was in such bad shape I had to have it towed to another shop to have it fixed correctly. Once the truck was inspected by the other shop it, it was discovered that BBs used wrong parts on my truck, charged insurance for work they didn’t even complete. The estimate doesn’t match the invoice. Numbers were altered so they would get the same amount from the estimate without replacing everything they wrote on the estimate. Long story short they charged $8,200 for an oil pan gasket to be replaced. My emergency brake cable was cut and at first BBs denied cutting it, then later on said they remembered doing it and just forgot to replace it. They broke the door panel handle was broken and they attempted to glue it back together. ( They can’t even super glue correctly) The whole process with this place was a nightmare. After addressing these issues with them, they haven’t even offered to make it right, or even apologize. Instead they go straight to the defensive and try to make excuses and play the victim. ( watch them come up with every excuse on the replies) Just left an attorney’s office and after showing the attorney all the paperwork, invoices, estimates, texts, and along with statements of other shops and personnel that were directly involved with all this, it was clear that they were definitely in the wrong. If they put as much effort into working on vehicles as they do making excuses, it probably wouldn’t be a bad shop. They are riding the Cunningham’s name the best they can to make them look like a legitimate automotive shop.

Great place to get tour vehicles serviced and fixed. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help with questions you may have about your vehicle. If they find something else wrong with your vehicle while working on the problem, the staff will call and explain what else is wrong and give you a price before they fix it. I recommend this place to anyone!

i’ll keep it short. brought car in october 3rd. didn’t get out till 22nd. only put a starter and battery in. $754 edit: it’s the 23rd and our car wont even start without being jumped. we had a diagnosis done first by them and they got so much stuff wrong. i am furious. they told us we needed a new fly wheel, we ended up not. they told us we have an oil leak. turns out we don’t. they put in a new 200 dollar battery that won’t even start our car. how can you mess up a diagnosis so bad and fail to see a terrible alternator????? thanks a lot for the wasted time and money. gonna do it ourselves next time. seems this place is only good for changing tires. i was being lenient with the three stars the first time cause i understood (tried to) but y’all are just bad at your jobs 🤦🏻‍♀️

Dare I say it, BB's auto made a flat tire convenient! A flat tire is always unexpected and left me and my infant daughter stranded right outside this repair shop. My husband came and swapped out cars with me so we could get home and while he was changing the tire to the spare to just get our jeep home so we could take it in during the week (did I mention this all happened on a Sunday), Bryan was driving by, changed the tire for my husband, gave him a lift back home after he dropped the jeep off at the shop, and by Tuesday morning we had 4 new tires, a spare, the sensors that have never worked on my jeep were fixed, AND my breaks replaced since they were getting a little worn. Great service, great people, timely turnaround, competitive pricing.
