I originally came in for an inspection with my maintenance required light on, already knowing my engine had an issue. I had previously taken my car to another shop that only did basic maintenance and dismissed my concerns. However, this shop went above and beyond. During the inspection, they immediately noticed the problem and walked me through a clear diagnosis and remediation plan. What stood out the most was their honesty and transparency, they took the time to explain my options and even acknowledged that, given my car’s value, it might make more financial sense to junk it rather than invest in expensive repairs. They also invited me in to see the issues firsthand after the motor had been removed and disassembled, which gave me complete confidence in their expertise. While the process took some time, they were upfront about it, and their professionalism and affordability were unmatched in the area. I will absolutely be coming back for any future automotive needs and recommending them to everyone I know. Took my car there very unprofessional my car was sitting there for 5 days while there were supposed have it done in a day lack of communication. When I go to tell the owner my bad experience with his workers telling me he going to have it done and not committing to his word his response was “ oh well you had a bad experience it is what it is I can’t do back and change it .” Kept cutting me of as I’m trying to explain my experience.
