This place honestly deserves 0 stars. I had a guy from there tow my car over there when I had an accident. When he towed my car he stated that they’re a geico certified shop. That was all completely a lie. I had no choice but to leave my car there because they have started working on it already. Follow up a few weeks later I’m having several problems with my car and now when I return to the dealership they tell me that the shop ruined my car more than the original damages. OZ body shop put wrong car parts into my Honda civic 2023. My hood of the car is not even aligned now causing water damage from the slightest rain. WITH ALL YOU DO PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP. They just want the money and always do a sloppy job. TERRIBLE WORK. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. COMPLETELY LIED.

This was the best experience I had in a while dealing with a mechanic shop! I had an accident and This company came to tow my car. When I Went to pick my car up days later. I realized this wasn’t just a towing company but they also can fix cars depending if the car is drivable again. I talked to the owner and made a quick deal with him. OZ auto made it less stressful when they took my situation into consideration and worked with me in finding a solution to fixing my car fast and for a REASONABLE Price! These people really showed that they was understanding to my situation. I came home with my car looking brand NEW! and I truly appreciate their help and being understanding and completely professional. These people are true business owners and they proved to be authentic people to me and not out to hurt or scam anyone.
