He will never over charge you and work tirelessly to make sure you pay not a penny more for parts and labor, Leave your car with confidence and wait for the diagnosis, and be confident that price he gives you is at least 35% lower than any other mechanic . I had a major issue with my old minicooper 2012 country man. It was dead for couple weeks at a mechanic in a different town. I was hit fustrated that the mechanic could find the issue so I called Hamed and he immediately picked up my call and said please bring over - Hamed and the team work hard to find the issue- with high pump pressure broken and other issues as well - Hamed literally resurrected my car - runs fine now and even better - best European car mechanics in town. I came here to sing the praises of Bavarian Master Care and was fully prepared to provide a detailed rundown of my entire experience with them. However, I’m no longer going to do that after seeing the overwhelming number of positive, in-depth reviews. They are well deserved. Long story short, my 1991 318is had a catastrophic failure (the crankshaft completely snapped), and they rebuilt and handled everything for me. Very flexible and accommodating. Habib, Hamed, and the entire crew are top-notch, solid humans. Don’t hesitate to bring your car to them.

After a comprehensive systems diagnostic was run (written report received) and after speaking with Hamed, I had a few jobs done that were the most pressing in keeping my aging 335i healthy. As always, Hamed and his team were friendly, responsive, and accommodating. I needed new tires as well, and Hamed found some very nice ones at a decent price. My car is now running beautifully and is giving me a more comfortable ride. It’s always a pleasure to work with Mastercare and I trust their work.
