Jose, Raul, and Abbey didn’t only take care of me above and beyond expectation, but worked with me to ensure my vehicle was done in a timely manner. This was my second time bringing my car to them for body work. Everything from honoring an original price quote, doing a superb paint job, and level of customer service was astounding. You do not find businesses much less service like this these days. I am beyond grateful for their dedication to serving their clients with thoughtfulness and integrity. I had a pressing deadline due to very challenging family circumstances and they took care of me and my vehicle way before the estimated finish time to ensure I had space to be flexible with the changes happening personally. Jose is an amazing owner and truly knows how to create great rapport while executing service and professional commitments at a high level. This is the only Body shop you should ever use, period. Abby, Jose...the entire team is awesome! They were affordable and super friendly, but most of all, the paint job was impeccable!!! On top of that, Jose just replaced my wiper blades, and air sanded my foggy headlights just out of the goodness of their hearts. Who does that?! Stellar 5 star service. Hands down.

My 2004 Acura was in an accident and the front end was dented beyond repair. Baha Auto found a replacement hood, put new headlights in and painted the hood for an extraordinarily good price. And they also painted the wheel well area for no extra charge just so the whole front end would look better. Highly recommend.

This is long over due…. I was told about Baja Auto Repair by owe of the owners. My Lexus Rx400 was totaled but I wanted it repaired rather than get a new car. No one would work on my car, but Baja. I always dealt with the manager and he was the best experience of any shop I have EVER used. Raul checked in every few days to tell me the status of my car. He worked with my insurance company so I didn’t have to. My car was finished in one week. They were all so polite and professional. When I picked up my car, not only did they repair the whole front of the car, but they got every scratch and ding out of the entire car. They were only paid by insurance to repair the front end. They even completely replaced the hole in the front leather seat with a new piece of leather. The car was immaculate. Then when I went to pay my $500 Deductable, Raul said he was only going to charge me $400 and to keep the extra $100 for myself! Raul is amazing. I will never take my car any where else again for anything. They’re centrally located in North County, San Diego. I’ll refer everyone to Raul and Baja Auto Body. I definitely recommend this business if you need bodywork done on your vehicle. Such care was taken with my Mazda3 when the front bumper was being replaced. Raul was in constant communication and Jose was very trustworthy and fair with his pricing. Their meticulous attention to detail was VERY appreciated. Thank you for a headache-free repair!
