Back 2 New 2

Save your time, money and energy. My car was hit while parked. Back 2 New had their workers there to assist. They assured me they could fix my car. It took more than 6 months for them to fix my car and I had to send it back because they didn’t do the job properly. After having my car for 6 months!! I received my car back. I had to send my car back because things were still wrong including missing/uneven frame work on the inside/outside of my car and a horrible repaint job. When I would call and go to the shop to check on my car the staff continued to give me the run around, and the female manager was conveniently never around. They continued Insuring my car would be done with in a week. I was 1 week(‘d) into 6-7 months If this was the last place on earth I’d figure out how to do the work myself 🥴

There is definitely something weird going on with this company. They were first on the scene and actually notified me when my parked car was totaled in a hit and run. At this time, they were operating under the company name of “Abby’s Towing and Recovery” but I learned that the family has several towing companies with different names. They (Abby and Patty) were so kind and comforting but I think it was all part of their scam. They were supposed to bring my car to their towing yard in Ridley Park that evening so my insurance could pick it up the next morning. However, I had an air tag in the car and could see that they kept it at their collision shop “Back2New2” in West Philly for 4 days. They gave me and my insurance company all kinds of excuses as to why they couldn’t release the car yet. After 5 days, my insurance company was finally able to retrieve the car from them and they charged $3,200 for towing and storage fees. That rate is illegal in Philadelphia. Please don’t trust this company with your vehicle, I can only imagine what would happen to me financially if I didn’t have insurance. Please be cautious before trusting them with your car.

I was in a accident an they towed my car their. I informed my friend what shop I was at and she told me how they are horrible and always scamming. So I automatically wanted my car back asap! The owner wouldn’t give me my car because it was the weekend and he didn’t know the fees. Wouldn’t even give me my key back. The next day I went to the lot and stole my car back since I had no paper work besides the tow. The owner never even knew it was missing off the lot. I spoke to progressive and they ask me if my car was total and I told them no! He was plotting on reselling my car and I would of been out of car. He’s playing a very dangerous game and not to mention insurance fraud.

Scam no one is ever in the office got into an accident my car was Taken by them, 3 days later, I tried to go to their office figure out where did they take my car to, so I could grab my stuff out of it. I go there at 2 o'clock PM and no one is in the office. Then i went the next day around 10am and no one is still in there this continued for a week and still no response Do not get any services from them. They are a SCAM!!!

Absolutely horrible excuse for a company. The only reason we took our car there is because someone from the company witnessed the accident and said they could tow it to their shop. Totally took advantage of me. When we would call they simply wouldn’t answer. We would leave message after message asking for updates. Usually we would get no response it if we could get ahold of someone they would give an extremely vague estimate. We also caught them in multiple lies. They would say the car is at a differEnt mechanic and they already dropped it off when they didn’t. Over 4 months later!!!! I got my car back today and the alignment is off. Every time I would talk about my concerns they would just give me an excuse. Worst company I ever dealt with.
