We are happy B&S Hacienda Auto Body fixed our Tesla. They even fixed our cracked glass roof and front bumper that got scratched. Our AAA insurance was accepted here and the whole process was smooth. Awesome bodyshop, from the owner to the people working there, friendly, professional and best of all quality work. I sent my Tesla 2013 to get fixed after another shop refused to take the work because they called it total loss. This body shop went above and beyond and did an incredible fix within the insurance payment. Now I have my car back and it looked the same as I got it from the Fremont manufacture. Excellent customer service. Ozzy took extra time to resolve getting our auto fixed due to an insurance issue. The repair liaison communicated the process and progress promptly on the days he said he would. My vehicle looks great. I recommend B & S Hacienda auto repair because of the extra steps they took to fix my vehicle, and for their professionalism and friendliness.

Excellent body shop with a very professional staff. The front desk is friendly and polite. Brad is very thorough and super pleasant to work with while my daughters car was being repaired. I highly recommend this shop. We have used this shop numerous times, and this is the only place I will take my cars for repair.

Tom did work on my Rivian R1S. Working with him was fantastic. He worked quickly, updated me every step of the way, was professional and the car looks amazing. Communication was very easy. Would highly recommend!
