I can't say enough about my experience with B&J Automotive. Mark, the owner, was absolutely awesome. He not only repaired my vehicle by the end of the day as promised but also went the extra mile by pre-ordering parts for a secondary repair, just in case I decided to authorize it. This proactive approach ensured that everything was done by the end of the day, which was a huge relief for me. The level of service at B&J Automotive is truly exceptional. They are not only efficient and reliable but also incredibly thoughtful and considerate of their customers' needs. I've already recommended this shop to multiple coworkers, and I'll definitely be returning for any future automotive needs. Highly recommended!

Really nice to find an honest, reliable repair shop! We had a steering issue on a road trip and were lucky to find Mark at B & J Automotive. It was a Saturday and he waited for the tow truck to deliver our vehicle. He secured parts and had the repair done when he said he would and for exactly the price he said. Truly appreciate the job they did for us. Highly Recommend!

I’m so glad I found Mark and this automotive repair shop. My daughter moved to California a few months ago and had to have work done on her car. Mark was the best and went way out of his way!! He was very honest and fair!! The best customer service!!! He put this mom’s mind at ease that my daughter was taken care of. I highly recommend and we will definitely be using them if needed in the future!
