One star because it's not possible to give 0. I took my VW there after someone rear ended it thinking they would take better care of it, and they took more than $7000 from my insurance to fix just the cosmetics (outside). I went back a couple of days after I picked it up because I kept hearing a weird sound (that of course, wasn't there before). A guy named Sergio said that their tests came out clear and there was nothing else they could do. When I insisted to test it again, because something wasn't right, this guy was very arrogant almost saying that I was imagining things. I went somewhere else, and they quickly found that this noise was due to the right rear trailing arm (exactly where my car was hit) being bent and touching the chassis!!! If they couldn't find that, it means that they are very unprofessional. Also, so arrogant that they didn't care about my concerns when I went back because of that noise. I will keep my car and myself as far as possible from this place.

Poor workmanship on installing a brand new hood on my SUV. There were big gaps on both sides ( see photos). In addition, there were significant part ordering delay w/o good follow up and turned a 1 week job into 2 weeks job. I had to drive away with a temporary solution and go back again when the part arrives.

Minoo, Shayan and Chico did a great job fixing my car. They were all very responsive, kind and communicative and my car looks beautiful and is functioning well. There was a small issue and they promptly and gladly helped me fix it. My Honda Civic looks better than before the accident! 😁

Excellent service and great attention to detail! Manny was very friendly and walked me through the entire process with my insurance. I came in to get my rear tail light replaced and it was fixed the same day I brought it in. The receptionist, Stephanie, was very friendly as well and contacted my rental company to send a shuttle for me. When I picked up my car, I was surprised that they washed my car as well as the interior! I didn’t recognize it was my car at first because it looked brand new. I was not expecting this at all and they really went above and beyond to deliver excellent service! I would definitely come back for any future repairs and highly recommend coming here!
