B.A.M Auto Collision

I had my truck into Bam auto collision after my son crashed it. Basil was super communicative straight to the point and absolutely wonderful to work with. He had my truck done in roughly 2 1/2 months due to backorder on some of the parts these days but all around quick recovery wonderful customer service very communicative gets back to me right away And my truck absolutely looks beautiful

We have a 2021 Mach 1. A lot of damage underneath, a lot of body damage. Basil and his team got right on it. He called the insurance people to give them directions for the adjuster to hurry to Escondido. The only waiting they did was for Mach 1 specific heavy duty parts. They even fixed a few things that were probably 3 years worth of natural road damage. And they didn't just paint and return. They DETAILED it! It looks better than it did when it came off the showroom floor, 2 days after delivery to the dealer. Well worth the time we waited and money we spent.

Had my 2003 GX470 t-boned at low speed when another car ran the stop.Took it to basil hoping he was able to save it due to age and mileage of the car.That’s exactly what he did he was able to save it and use OEM parts. Car looks like it’s brand new and he was able to help with the process . He is the go to guy for any time of body work and paint.

Great Collision Center . They are very good at what they do, its nice to have a good experience when dealing with car repairs, especially when there are so many bad shops out there. I hopefully wont have to have my car repaired from any more accidents, but if I do they would be the ones I would call.

Nothing but great things to say about this shop. Basil is always very helpful and their new shop location is even better than the last. They had my car looking brand new again, when I thought that would be impossible.

I sent my 2019 BMW g20 330i M to be repaired at B.A.M. after being involved in a hit and run and sending my car to the wrong repair center at first. The service I received is above and beyond what I had expected. I received absolutely superb service from Basil and his team. The repairs to my car are absolutely incredible, my car is like brand new and I would say it drives better now than when I drove it off the showroom floor. The Service I received was exceptional and I would rate this collision center an 11 out of 10. Great value for your money as Basil only deals with original parts and the workmanship is of the best quality you truly get outstanding value here, definitely above my expectations. Basil ensured that everything went smoothly my with insurance and the repairs to my car, I am beyond thankful for the repairs done to my car and extremely glad that I sent my car to B.A.M. to be repaired. I highly recommend Basil and his team to anyone needing any vehicle repairs.
