Ayers & Sons Autobody and Towing

My son hired Josh Ayer’s to rebuild his vehicle while he was on deployment over two years ago. He paid him upfront for work to be done. At every update to the status there was always a reason it was not done. He did complete some work but nowhere near the amount he paid for. He finally moved the car outside, exposed to the elements. After repeated calls to move it inside because there was no windshields, etc he said he would but never did (we have proof with pictures). Finally after two years of very little movement my son said he was done but Josh promised to have it done by September of 2024. Well that day came and went and nothing was done. We picked up the car that was still outside along with all the spare parts my son purchased that he was supposed to put on. We then asked for a detailed itemized list of the work accomplished so we can settle up because the work he did was nowhere near what he paid so we wanted a refund for work not completed. We just wanted reimbursement for the money he was given in good faith for work to be done. Well somehow our calls and texts suddenly went unanswered. We had other people contact him and he would answer until he found out they we contacting him for us and then their texts/calls went unanswered. I am sure the autobody shop might be a good company and it is sad I have to give them this review but there is no other way to warn others about our experience. Unfortunately we met a bad apple that took my sons money with no plan to complete the task. My son has learned a valuable lesson.

Ayers and Son's Autobody and Towing are very skilled at their job, so friendly and easy to work with. We had to use their towing service also and it was very reasonable and they delivered our truck right where we needed to them to without any questions. Very professional.

They always do a thorough job each time Ive went, Cody’s always willing to work things in around my schedule. Repairs/inspections always done in reasonable amount of time. Good communication back and forth on repairs.

I’ve never seen a towing company screw so many people over. Scamming thieving jerk offs. It’s amazing how unhonest people stay in business long enough to steal peoples money illegally.
