Very disappointed with the staff today. My dad had been going there for years. Today he went in for a battery, the battery look as if it was damaged or used. He literally when back an hour after he bought it, they did not want to get his money back everything when south with service. I was contacted by my dad, over the phone to please speak to the person taking care of him that was helping him in English, he told me just ask him how can I go about on getting my money back I don’t understand what he is telling me. As I was waiting for him I heard a Spanish team member asking him what was going on. I heard my dad telling him “yo se que ustedes son solo trabajadores y no tienen la culpa pero nose si esta batería ya fue usada oh esta dañada pero si la miras esta raspada” le puedes decir a mi hija como puedo obtener mi dinero para tras . He denied to speak to me when to argue with my dad a 70 year old man, my dad then started to get upset started arguing back telling him not to speak to him to the way he was, asked for a supervisor many times I did not hear any other voices only them too going back and forth my dad went to get my mom from the car to witness. Not only he has heart problems but he’s an senior and he was willing to get a solution from the beginning things escalated when they started down talking him. I called 30 min after asked for a supervisor she said it was her, I told her if she was out because an incident had happen and they had told us that management was not in at all. She said “ no I been here “ I said oh did they tell you what happen with an older man with the battery, can we get a solution between us or do you need me to call the corporate number and asked for a refund, the was she expressed her self was the most disrespectful talking about my dad did not apologize at all. She told me three different stories first she was there than she was not there but they told her than she told me she my dad was arguing with another customer when I here him telling them to help him out. She then said I can submit a complaint against her she “did not care “ I said fine I was not going to argue with someone that didn’t care how important a customer is, and I understood why was the employee acted that way with my dad. The leader has the same defensive attitude. What really surprised me was when I asked for the store manager name she said he has nothing to do with this situation I said of course he does you represent him, she said okay he’s name is Andre’s she said it not as he’s going to answer you I asked for his last name so I can address him an email she said it was private information🤔. I said it okay I’ll call your corporate, when I asked for the technician name the one that spoke with my dad she even surprised me more she said she did not know his name she was not sure who spoke to him because she was not there 😞 I said so where you there yes or no make up your mind you are telling me three stories she right away click on me. Very said because my brother my dad are very good customers from there, as me as a charged nurse I know sometimes I can have difficulty patients but it all comes down to they way you handle it. I really do hope Andres contacts me I want to believe they were all having a bad day. Thank you, A. Sahagun
