On August 19, 2023, @2:50 pm. I went to Auto Zone #6408. I went to buy some breaks for my truck. As I was in line I was going to be next when all the sudden the store employees tells me excuse me to move to side. I did as she asked me and move to the side At the same time I was confused and asking my self wasn’t I next. When all the sudden the female employee asks me what the hell you starring at. I was like what! And even more confused. The whole time she is cursing at me and running her mouth. I was so upset and angry. I didn’t know what to do, I was appalled, disrespected, definitely threatened. I decided to take out my phone to record her cursing at me. After that on video I asked her her name because she didn’t have a name badge on her. She refused to give me her name. On video you can clearly hear her say how she was going to bring her boyfriend. As soon as she saw I was video taping her she completely change her attitude. Then her coworker who clearly hears everything asked me to leave and couldn’t give me a reason as to why I was getting denied service. When she threatened me and cursed me out. He couldn’t even tell her why she was acting so rude. I left so upset. I called customer service three times. I wrote corporate and explained situation. No one from corporate has called me back. I left three messages for a Jesus Barragan he still had not called me. Three days later s Alicia Yanez calls me back and assures me that that employee will face consequences. Come to find out today as a customer for 25 plus years they put a bad note on my account falsely accusing me of being aggressive when, The lady was so unprofessional. Imagine how many people have been disrespected by her attitude especially with no name on her shirt. Do not go to this store! This store definitely does not care about their customers.

I visited this location to purchase wiper blades. I entered the store and was pleasantly greeted by employee Renee. He was very professional and assisted me with my purchase. He stated that they did not have the wiper blade for my back window in stock. Renee then installed my wiper blades, while providing a brief tutorial. The manager Stephani was also very professional, and knowledgeable. My experience with this store is always favorable. The store is always clean and well stocked. Thank you Renee and Stephani for outstanding service!
