So, I'm looking for a tire pump to pump my tire up before the trip back to Nellis Air Force Base and this guy names Ulices M comes to the isle to "help" me. He came over because I was looking through the boxes to see if there was a regular plug to plug in my truck so I could pump my tire up. He didn't really have a clue and I saw one that might work. Then he hit me with the "all sales are final" jargon. So I bought the one I noticed because I needed to put air in my tire. When I went to use in, in the same parking lot, the handle broke on it. I went to tell the same guy about it and he accused me of rumbling through the items and damaging them. I did no such thing. I told him I would contact his superiors and he said, "Go ahead." None of them answered. So we will take this up the chain as soon as I can. I'm sure nothing will come about it. I'm just pissed that I got accused of doing something I didn't do just for them avoiding helping a customer out. I was an honest customer accused of something I didn't do just so a purchase couldn't be made right.
