We had to order a awning from Lippert because they were the supplier that was on our trailer . We put the order in on 8/5/17 as of 9/14/17 I have only seen 2 of the 3 pieces delivered and that was yesterday. I have called many times as has the repair shop and each time they tell us the parts are shipped or they are still at the ware house, and no tracking number . And when I call customer service to ask questions they tell me, since I am not on the repair order they are not allowed to answere any questions. Tis place truly sucks

Lippert owns the market on trailer frames and they know it so, they feel they can get away with building cheap trailers and not standing behind them. My 2015 Attitude toy hauler frame twisted and cracked at the axle hangers and all Lippert will say is "tough, you're not within your 1 year warrany period." They are going to get some one killed and will have to pay for it.
