I have had something draining my battery. This has been an ongoing problem. I asked for one of the employees to check my ground cables to make sure they were all tight. He did that and found one of my cables was twisted and touching the frame. Thank you for your help!

My car would barely keep running. I can't believe I even made it here. Had a very knowledgeable young man named Josh come out, take my car apart, find the issue, and fix it within just a few minutes. Thank you Solomon at the Belpre Autozone! His customer service was top notch!. He greeted my mother as soon as she entered the store tonight and continued to assist her with headlight bulbs for her vehicle. He also replaced them for her free of charge ! Wow! This is part of their service to all customers, however he continued to give my mother professional customer service and she was out of the store in 15 minutes.
