March 26, 2025 4:30pm I recently visited this AutoZone location and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. I encountered two employees, a short Hispanic man and older short Hispanic woman, who appeared to be disinterested and unhelpful. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that they lacked the motivation to assist customers. They seemed unwilling to engage, were visibly rude, and provided no effort to offer useful information or guidance. Their lack of knowledge and general discontent was disappointing, as I was hoping to get some assistance with a part I needed. Rather than taking the time to help or find the right solution, they seemed more focused on avoiding work and displaying a negative attitude. If I cold put zero stars I would. Stop hiring people who clearly hate themselves and their jobs. Won’t ever take my business here because this location lacks everything.

I didn’t expect to receive such exceptional service. It was cold and rainy and I ran in for new blades. Tony offered to install them in that weather. It really made my day. The service was phenomenal.
