I drove 25 minutes here to pick up something I ordered online. I checked out and opened the box in the store to find that the box is empty. Had to refund me and then the next closest store that has it in stock is in Levittown. Glad I opened the box in store, dont trust this place what a waste of time and almost got scammed.

I recently visited the AutoZone in Lake Ronkonkoma, NY. I was helped by Breanna and I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service I received. Even though the store was busy at the time of my visit, Breanna was professional and did not rush me. She came outside and looked at my car and ran tests to diagnose the problem. Breanna is very knowledge and showed me different price options for my repair parts and answered all of my questions. Although I did not make a purchase that day, I will definitely return and will request Breanna to help me when I do!

I work at the Selden store. Last night, we had a customer come in late looking for a relay, for her son’s headlights he was traveling early the next day. I called several stores no one could find it. I finally called the Ronkonkoma store I got Danelle on the phone asked her for the part she put the best effort in to find it. The customer was thrilled. The down side was it was already after hours by the time it was located. We ended up doing a buy here pick up there, Heather was there that evening waited for the customer completing our transaction. Thank you so much for the team work!

Replacing the heater core on my wrangler, and half way through I notice I'm out of coolant. My wife was out and about around this shop so I asked her to go in and get me two bottles of 50/50 for me. She went in, they sold it to her no problem. When she brings it home to me in Patchogue village I notice they feel light. Well turns out this Autozone sold her two open bottles of coolant. One looks like it was a waste return, the other looks decent but I'm not going to put it in my system because it's an open bottle and I can't tell if something was done to it. Not even bothering with Autozone anymore. Have an AAP and a NAPA right by my house, and thanks to this they just got a new customer.

Your Customer Service people don't listen to what year, make, model, engine that you give them on a vehicle. They just put in what they want. All of the Employees should be FIRED at this location. Not only the Lake Grove store but also the Happauge store, Lake Ronkonkoma store. So now my warranty are all mast up by Autozone Employees. I guess I have to go to a REAL AUTO PARTS STORE THAT WILL GET MY PARTS RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.
