Jesus was very informative and friendly helping me switch out my battery. As well as recommending some trivets for my air filter compartment that had came loose and we're gone. I highly recommend AutoZone. They've always done right by me.

I visited store# 04004 and had the worst experience with your employee named Cameron. He was very unprofessional and asking personal questions that are none of his business. I find it very frustrating that he would be allowed to disrespect customers. This is very unacceptable and out of all my years of visiting autozone throughout California, this has been the worst experience. If he is not happy doing his job then maybe he should find another job, instead of putting personal issues onto customers. He said, “you are going to die young” with an attitude and in a very disrespectful manner as he appeared to be having a bad day. Still in any case, this should not be tolerated by ANY professional business.
