I shop at this auto zone alot today 4/17/25 a Hispanic lady needed help I asked on of the the employees if he knew where a post cleaner was for the battery are located he responded I'M AN ASSHOLE I DON'T ANSWER QUESTIONS I was shocked he said that in front of everyone and walked a way he had his hat backwards lots of tattoos skinny kid looked like he was stocking items another employee came and helped us you can tell she was embarrassed and I did tell a manager I really appreciate if something is done about this no customer should ever be treated like this I'm even willing to come back to the store and point out who it was if he doesn't like his job you shouldn't be working there

Everytime I have placed an online order and have waited the time when I show up it still isn't pulled. Not only that the staff looks for maybe 30 seconds and then says they don't have the part. Every single part I have ordered they "don't have it". The only they had the part was when their supervisor pulled my parts after someone had just told me they didn't have it.
