I went to AutoZone (store # 02211) on North Jones this morning around 1015 AM. I needed a new pair of wiper blades. Upon arrival, I spoke to a young man, Sherrod who was friendly & egar to assist me. I advised Sherrod that I needed new wiper blades and asked him if someone there could install them for me as well. Sherrod assured me that Miss Jones, the store manager could install them upon her return from her break. Sherrod then asked his co-worker, Tabitha for assistance with my transaction. Friendly Tabitha politely escorted me to the aisle for me to choose the appropriate wiper blades for my vehicle. After my purchase, Miss Jones & Tabitha exited the store to remove & install my new wiper blades. I always stop at this particular AutoZone because the employees here are friendly & helpful. But this time was different....I had never dealt with these 3 employees and it was just refreshing to encounter such wonderful, kind, professional, courteous, and caring employees. They worked together so efficiently & in tandem with one another just to assist me (just another customer). They made me feel welcome & special just for shopping at their store! I give infinite stars to each of them. If I could increase their wages, I most certainly would! Thank you Miss Jones, Tabitha & Sherrod for making my day! Blessings to each of you! 🙏🏽😇

Went to return my rotors and brakes for the warranty early in the morning and the manager chick in charge told me to come back after 3pm because they didn’t have any cash to give me or told me to go to the Decatur and Vegas dr location, so I came back after 3pm and before I can even get into the store she started yelling at me that she didn’t have any cash and she had already told me to go to the other location and that she wasnt going to do the transaction because she had already told her boss that they didn’t have any cash and the Decatur location always did. Poor customer service and I’m definitely not going back.

I would like to thank Ne'Charda Jones, the store manager, for a very positive experience. I am a teacher and do not know much about cars. I was very unsure of what I needed to buy in order to repair my car. Not only that, but I came in with my Spanish-speaking neighbor who was going to do the work for me. Ms. Jones really stepped up! She made sure that I had all of the correct parts, as well as, translated the Spanish for me. She made what could have been a disaster into an extremely positive experience. I will always go to this AutoZone knowing that there is genuine and smiling help it there.
