AutoZone Auto Parts Introduce
Located at 3367 Navarre Ave, Oregon, OH 43616, USA, AutoZone Auto Parts serves as a crucial resource for local vehicle owners. As a key player in the "Auto Repair Stations" category, this establishment goes beyond merely selling parts; it provides a comprehensive support system for vehicle maintenance and repair. Users can reach them at (419) 697-0246 or +1 419-697-0246.
The core business of AutoZone Auto Parts revolves around providing a vast inventory of automotive components and accessories. This includes everything from essential engine parts like oil filters, spark plugs, and belts, to critical safety components such as brake pads, rotors, and calipers. For those looking to maintain their vehicle's electrical system, the store stocks a wide selection of batteries, alternators, and starters. Beyond these fundamental items, customers can also find various fluids, tools, and accessories designed to enhance their vehicle's performance or aid in DIY repairs. This extensive product range positions AutoZone as a one-stop shop for both professional mechanics and everyday drivers seeking to service their vehicles.
The environment at AutoZone Auto Parts is typically designed for convenience and accessibility. Stores are generally laid out with clearly marked aisles and departments, making it easier for customers to locate specific parts. The atmosphere is often functional, with shelves stocked high with a diverse array of products. While the primary focus is on practicality, many AutoZone locations also feature diagnostic tools and equipment that customers can utilize, further solidifying their role as a comprehensive auto repair station support system. The staff is typically present on the sales floor, ready to assist customers with their inquiries and guide them through the selection process.
Beyond its extensive product offerings, AutoZone provides a range of services that align with its classification as an auto repair station. A prominent service is their **free battery testing and charging**. This is particularly valuable for customers experiencing starting issues, as it allows them to quickly determine if a failing battery is the culprit. Another key service is their **loan-a-tool program**, which enables customers to borrow specialized tools for their repairs, eliminating the need to purchase expensive equipment for a one-time job. They also offer **free check engine light diagnostics**, where staff can use an OBD-II scanner to read trouble codes, providing an initial understanding of potential vehicle issues. While they don't perform repairs themselves, these services directly support and facilitate the auto repair process, making them an integral part of the "Auto Repair Stations" ecosystem. Additionally, many locations offer **oil recycling** services, promoting environmentally responsible practices.
One of the key features of AutoZone is its commitment to customer support and product availability. The company emphasizes having "the right part at the right price," aiming to ensure that customers can find what they need without extensive searching. Their knowledgeable staff is often trained to assist with parts lookup, helping customers identify the correct components for their specific vehicle make and model. This expertise is a significant benefit, particularly for those who may not be familiar with automotive parts or complex repairs. The chain's widespread presence and standardized inventory management contribute to a generally reliable experience across different locations.
Regarding promotional information, AutoZone frequently runs various sales and discounts on a rotating basis. These can include rebates on specific brands, percentage-off deals on certain product categories (e.g., brakes, fluids), or bundled offers. Customers can typically find information about ongoing promotions through in-store signage, their website, or by signing up for their email newsletters. Loyalty programs might also be available, offering exclusive discounts or rewards to frequent shoppers. These promotions are designed to provide value to customers while encouraging repeat business.
Customer reviews offer a mixed perspective on the AutoZone Auto Parts location in Oregon, OH. One customer provided a very positive endorsement, highlighting their loyalty and commending Andy, a parts manager, for his assistance. This review emphatically states that Andy is "10000000% NOT racist," and expresses concern about false accusations of racism, suggesting such accusations can invalidate genuine instances of discrimination. This customer attributes any negative experiences to customers not following rules or having a bad day, rather than discriminatory behavior.
Conversely, another customer formally reported a serious concern regarding Andy's conduct at AutoZone Store #1781 on April 19, 2025. This customer alleges being treated in a "disrespectful and discriminatory" manner. Specifically, they claim Andy "singled me and family member out over our language in a way that felt completely unfair," and described the tone and attitude as "racially charged and targeted." This customer stated they felt "uncomfortable, embarrassed, and unwelcome," and asserted that the incident "crossed the line into racial discrimination." They have requested AutoZone to investigate the situation at Store #1781 and take appropriate steps to prevent similar behavior. These contrasting reviews indicate a divergent customer experience at this particular location, with one customer praising the manager and another alleging discriminatory treatment.

I have been loyal customer of auto zone in Oregon and have had the pleasure of Andy ( parts manager) assisting me and my mixed race family many times. Andy is 10000000% NOT racist , accusing a person of being racist in these contentious times should be a crime ( is it?) There are too many people that are racist , let’s not invalidate that by accusing accepting not racist people of being racist just because you didn’t want to follow the rules or you had a bad day.

I am writing to formally report a serious concern regarding the conduct of a manager named Andy at AutoZone Store #1781. On 04/19/2025, I was treated in a manner that was both disrespectful and discriminatory. Andy, the Part Sales Manager which CSR is #5 singled me and family member out over our language in a way that felt completely unfair. What made the situation worse was the tone and attitude he used — it felt racially charged and targeted, as if we were being judged based on who I am. I was made to feel uncomfortable, embarrassed, and unwelcome. No one — customer or employee — should be treated this way, particularly by someone in a leadership role. This incident was not just unprofessional; it crossed the line into racial discrimination. I’m asking AutoZone to take this matter seriously, investigate the situation at Store #1781, and ensure proper steps are taken so that this type of behavior does not continue.

Useless. Guy who helped me didn't bother to ask any questions, barked out orders on where to move my car, was just rude. Told me my alternator was bad, and it was actually the battery. Never going back, as long as they employ rude employees who don't want to help or even be there

Good service, usually has everything I need when I need it & if not most times can have ordered & delivered the same day.

Have had issues recently getting the correct parts for one of my vehicles and then an employee refused to check my car battery because I didn't have a prop of some kind to hold the hood up and even though I was willing to hold the hood up for them, they literally just turned around and went back into the store (that honestly angered me a lot and there was no way in hell I would've allowed the employee to get hurt whatsoever under my watch because I would've watched to make sure that they were safe the whole time while looking under the hood of my car as I held it up....the mechanics that have looked at the vehicle without a prop, never had a problem and it was either I held up the hood or they already had something to hold up the hood whether it was a specific tool or even a ball bat). Anyway, base off of more recent experiences, I am going to need to take my business elsewhere because both of my vehicles absolutely need the best care which includes actually getting the correct parts as needed since it is a problem when you get the wrong type of alternator or something else because let's say you have someone who doesn't know their parts well enough put in the wrong type of part into your vehicle without realizing it, that is going to cause your vehicle to have a problem where it needs to either go back to whoever put that part in or go straight to a mechanic with a lot of experience who will end up having to replace the current wrong part out with the correct one where obviously it's going to cost you more money (I recently had to have a mechanic replace an alternator in one of my vehicles because the previous owner basically had someone who put the wrong type of alternator and pulley in which led to the serpentine belt basically getting torn up overtime to where I not only needed to replace a serpentine belt but also the whole alternator assembly because I was not going to risk having a new belt get ruined and that wrong alternator could've ended up leading to more possible problems down the road....giving someone the wrong type of parts is an absolute no go and definitely puts the owner of the vehicle at risk period). Anyway I didn't start having any real issues with this specific location until getting parts and trying to get necessary care done for my gray vehicle recently where that really irritates me because I haven't had any problems before except an employee forgetting to give me a part I ordered for my red vehicle which was just a honest mistake that the employee corrected immediately after it got brought to his attention (that girl who I asked to check my battery in my gray vehicle is lucky that I had no issues driving for the rest of the day because my other vehicle is still in the mechanic shop and I was concerned about the gray vehicle's battery since a light popped up on the dashboard the night before and then I didn't see it pop up the next day, but I still wanted to get my battery checked out just in case since I cannot risk my vehicle to stop in the middle of the roadway due to the battery....instead of her being rude and just walking back into the store like she did, she should've asked one of her coworkers either to check my battery or what she should do because I could've ended up having a car battery that would've lefted me stranded where I would've then needed to call for a tow truck so me and my vehicle would've gotten taken care of guaranteely where someone would have NOT refused me service regardless). Anyway, if you need to get parts for your vehicle or get service, go somewhere else for parts and make sure that you are not asking the young girl behind the counter for help because of what she pulled on me (the guys working there are guaranteely able to help and will not refuse service).
