I recently visited an auto parts store to change the battery in my car key. Before going there, I tried to replace the battery myself at home, but I couldn’t do it and ended up ruining the key by taking it apart into small pieces. When I arrived at the store, an man named Luay was incredibly kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to fix my car key, carefully reassembling it and replacing the battery with a new one. His excellent service 💯 and attention to detail made the experience so much better. I truly appreciate his help and the amazing job he did! Definitely coming back for him

I don’t usually write reviews but I had an issue with batteries that I had which went bad and out of warranty. Initially I called the store and they could not find my warranty info on the batteries I then called the 800 number and they said someone will call me back from the store. I got a phone in about 24 hours from an associate at the local store. The gentleman went out of his way to help me out with both batteries, he made sure the warranties was entered correctly and even though my original batteries were out warranty he did his best to give me a reasonable price for the new batteries. I shopped at the other part stores and my warranty experience was no where near the same. I was willing to wait and they accommodate me for the wait and I will know use AutoZone first for my cars because of this experience. Thank you

I just want to thank Chris/manager again for being extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Not only he was training someone new, multitasking helping 2 customers, he made sure everyone was greeted and taken care of. He was patient and kept a positive attitude. He was honest about sales, products, & customer service was worth it.

So...I had car not starting problem just a while ago today Oct 22nd. After trying hard at home, I got it jump started and brought to Chris at Autozone at sterling heights thinking I might need to replace the battery that I bought from here a year ago still on warranty. Chris patiently worked at my car..checked the battery.. Run maintenance on corrosive battery terminals..offered to replace the battery if needed and also offered to check whether there is alternator issue or starter issue if problem still persists...he found out that battery and starter were good but alternator was not charging consistently and suggested replacement at a shop and provided alternator cost as well.. Couldn't be satisfied more with service that I get here..that's the reason I do my business here and keep returning for support and service.. That these guys do free for us for lot of minor checkups..I hope you all do the same and do business here..thanks Chris for your help and I wish you and your team more business and satisfied customers like me!!!!
