Randy is at this store, and he is Awesome! He went above and beyond to help me with my 98 Subaru Impreza. He is very kind and helpful, and AutoZone is very fortunate to have someone with his knowledge working at this store.

Went there today to purchase tire plugs. Found some for $7.49. When I took it to the register, it rang up at $10.99. I let the cashier know of the tag advertising a different price. All he said was he can't mark it down that far. I said it's what the price tag says on the shelf. He said he can't do anything. I asked what customer service policy they have in place for that and he shrugged his shoulders. I asked for a manager. He said he was one. This was my last visit to this store. I've been coming for several years and this was the worst experience by far. Someone needs to be retrained on this situation and how to handle customer interactions better. With my management experience of over ten years, I was appalled by the lack of effort towards their customers.

I’ve never had a problem with Autozone in general but I do have a problem with one employee. We went to buy two new batteries for a diesel truck at a cost of nearly $500. We wanted them to install the new batteries as is their policy. One battery had a cover over it. The bearded ponytailed young man said he couldn’t replace that particular battery because of that. I said I would pop the cover off so he could change the battery. So now at checkout he says we had to buy terminal pads or he couldn’t change the batteries. Said it was store policy. I asked him to show me the policy. Then he blamed it on his district manager. Bottom line he didn’t want to change the batteries. So we we took our business to O’rieleys where they were happy to help.
