Although I moved out of the area and now live in another state, Franciso told me I could contact the store and ask for him if I ever had any questions. He kept his word. I contacted him after I was having battery trouble and stuck at a local parking lot. He guided me to which battery I should buy at my local Autozone and even advised me to ask if they had a local jump starter which could get me on my way. I don't trust just anyone with my vehicle questions but I am glad I met Francisco back in Seaside and was always helpful whenever I went into the store. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves by management for going beyond in helping customers. Anyone else would have just told me to go kick rocks. Thanks Francisco!

If I could give zero stars I certainly would have! My daughter, her husband, their infant son, and 2 large dogs broke down in the parking lot of this store over 8 hours from home and the employees of this store INCLUDING THE MANAGER were horrible to them! Treating them poorly, being unprofessional, and no help at all. Do whatever you can to avoid this business!!

Associate spent the entire transaction talking to other people and walking away from the register. The card reader failed over five times before I had to suggest to move to another register. I haven’t had a worse customer service experience in quite awhile.
