AutoZone Auto Parts Customer Reviews

I'd like to give a huge shout out to Heather for helping me out. This store has always been good to me over the years. They always have the hardest parts in stock and Knowledgeable staff. Service is quick, painless and friendly. Why I'll always keep coming back to this store. Plus they are the hub which helps when you own cars with rare parts. Either way, they made sure that I was taken care of. Thanks again for the fantastic service as usual.

My serpentine belt snapped while driving and we were stuck on the side of the road, luckily in front of a friend's. So while investigating the cause of it, I discovered the a/c compressor had seized and needed to be replaced or a bypass pulley needed to be installed. After contemplating the situation, my mechanical abilities and the cost of both options I decided to go with the bypass pulley for now. After calling around to find the best price for the part I found that it was auto zone and this was the only store that had it. Not only did the associate happily provide it he gave me a couple tips on making it easier.

How disappointing. I showed up stranded after my belt snapped with bad idle pulley. I go in and get the only belt they had that fit my vehicle. I checked the reviews, which aggravated the employee, I guess. The review said that the belt didn't fit my vehicle even though it says it does. Then, I proceeded to list the proper belt. I asked for that belt, and the staff then proceeded to argue with me about what was the right belt. As I walked an hour to get there, I wanted to make sure I had the right belt. We'll finally give up and take the belt they told me to take. Turns out the reviews were right after struggling on the side of the road for over an hour to try getting the belt back on. It gets worse. So, I sent my son up there with the exact part number I needed, and they proceeded to give my son the wrong belt again. So he walks all the way back to the car with the wrong belt again!!....does your staff even listen???They also tried to blame it on my idler pulley being wrong I laughed and said well I bought that from you too this morning with the first belt I laughed and than got hung up on! Took belt back will never shop there again!!!!

Terrible customer service. Wouldn't help me because "they had a lot to do" and if they came outside to help me, they might get slammed. Then after we sat back in our car, I noticed that one of them stepped out front for her smoke break and the gentleman then came after to talk to her. Very busy, indeed.
